Training Program for surfski paddlers
Who is it for?
- All surfski paddlers who want a training plan that fits their personal needs and time available.
- BORK Club members who want to improve their surfski performance
What is it?
A training plan personalized according to the athlete’s competitive level, goals and individual capabilities.
Periodization
3 month training plans (mesocycles) with microcycles:
- 2x 10 Hard days + 1 Rest day
- 1x 5 Easy Days + 1 Rest day
Follow up
Every week follow up taking in count the monitoring health metrics with Training Peaks app:
- Evaluation of training consistency, achievement and level of fatigue
- Evaluation of individual progress and the adjustment needed to the training plan.
